Microsoft Response Point is Dead

Whether Response Point was a good phone system or not is not the argument…but Microsoft’s failed attempt at entering the small business telephone world has taken its last breath.  As of today, Microsoft Response Point is officially done, gonzo, dead in the water.  What about all those small businesses across North America who have phone systems that they can’t get support for now.

Harry Brelsford summed up Response Point on his blog.  I can’t do it justice having worked with ShoreTel, Mitel and other feature rich phone systems during my days at IT Matters. Not that I didn’t like RP, it just wasn’t my cup of tea.

Read Harry’s blog here.

So long Response Point, it was nice getting to know you.
